CloudPeople is a live salary auction marketplace. Instead of applying for jobs, you set your minimum salary and let employers bid on you in real-time auctions. The market decides your worth.

How does the auction work?

Once you're live on the platform, employers can request to join your auction. When the auction starts, it runs for 10 minutes. Employers bid against each other, driving your salary up. At the end, you choose whether to accept the winning bid.

What's a reserve price?

Your reserve price is your minimum acceptable salary — the lowest you'd accept. It's hidden from employers. If bidding doesn't reach your reserve, the auction closes with no deal. You're always in control.

Is it free to sign up?

Yes, signing up and building your profile is completely free. When the full platform launches, going live for auctions will cost €5.50/month — but signup and profile creation are always free.
