Toggle your profile live and your auction is scheduled 45 days from when you go live. The clock starts ticking. Our AI matches you with employers searching for talent who best match your requirements — role, experience, location, and all other relevant criteria.
Employers review your profile and video. If they think you’re a great match for their role, they send a connection request. Accept or decline each request — it’s that simple. You’re always in control of who gets access to you.
Once connected, you can arrange to talk further, accept their request for an interview, or proceed to inviting them to your auction. If you decide to invite them, a standard auction contract is issued to both parties and must be e-signed before the auction can proceed. Each invited employer also pays an entry fee before it can bid, set by your reserve: €250 up to a €50,000 reserve, €500 up to €75,000, €750 up to €100,000 and €1,000 above. 50% of every entry fee is paid to you when the auction goes live, whether or not you are hired. The entry fee is refunded in full if the auction does not open. Once the auction has opened it is non-refundable.
When your auction date arrives — set automatically by the system from the moment you hit Go Live — a 15-minute live salary auction takes place. Multiple employers bid against each other for your talent. Bidding is open but anonymous — employers see the highest bid as Bidder A, B, C. Every bid must meet your reserve and beat the current highest, and matched employers can see your reserve.
The highest bid at or above your reserve wins. Per the already signed auction contract, the winning employer proceeds with your employment at the auction salary. You’ve already received 50% of every employer’s entry fee. You stay in control from start to finish.
